Median sales price in 2018 increased 7.2%. 2018 average sales price for Palos Verdes homes was $1,838,339 compared to $1,744,363 in 2017 – an increase of 5.4%. Average price per square foot for Palos Verdes homes sold in 2018 was $654 compared to $631 in 2018 – an increase of 3.6%. However, we had fewer homes sold. 641 single family Palos Verdes homes sold in 2014 compared to 710 homes in 2013 - a 9.7% decrease. 2014 average sales price for Palos Verdes homes was $1,654,072 compared to $1,429,872 in 2013 - an increase of 15.7%.
