Even though the chart below shows that the 3 month home sales are down slightly from last year in 9 of 11 cities that make up Coachella Valley, there are two cities where home sales went up. Both Cathedral City and Desert Hot Springs saw more home sales during this same time period this year than they did last year.

Coachella Valley has been and is still seeing historical low days on market for homes. As the chart below shows the average "Months of Sale" was a low 3.8 months, slightly above last year, while the average "Days on Market" is 66 days. The "Days on Market" average is the same as last year. The Valley has been seeing these historical lows since mid 2017.
