Good Morning America is doing a series on how to sell your house in a tough market. This morning Wendy Bounds worked with a couple in Detroit who have had their home on the market for nearly a year.
She suggested BLOGGING about your home, putting it on YOU TUBE, putting it in Craigslist, Zillow, AOL, Yahoo - many of the internet places I would have considered (although I must admit the YOU TUBE ones are kinda weird).
