Imagine boarding a high-speed train in Macon and 45 minutes later arriving in downtown Atlanta. Spend the short trip working on your laptop or resting comfortably, as your train zips past frustrated drivers fighting traffic on I-75. With travel time of less than 1-hour, the train would be an opportunity for local residents to take advantage of all the shopping, sporting events and entertainment, Atlanta has to offer.
