I live in a unique, remote, rural community where I would like to be able to live full-time. One reason I took classes and got my license is because not many realtors like to venture out to Willow Creek Ranch in northern Arizona, where I have a 40-acre property. Some realtos send clients with maps and wish them well. Willow Creek is rough country with mountains, canyons, and creekbeds thick with juniper and pinon pine.
