websites: Widgets, RSS Feeds, and Search Engine Optimization....OH MY!

Okay, so I am working on redesigning my website and I keep hearing about widgets, RSS Feeds and Search Engine Optimization. I get on here and I read about all this stuff. I "google" it all and read all these "wikis"....so by now you would think I am feeling pretty smart, right? WRONG! It's like you have to be a member of this special club with the magic key with one arm behind your back jumping on one leg to get the answer! Okay, so many of you probably know all about this awesome website (POSTLETS.COM), but for me it was a completely new discovery! I had seen these awesome posts on Craigslist and always assumed that people paid for them. However, after a little investigation (maybe 2 min) I came to realize that it is a free service! Yes FREE! How awesome is that! Okay, I know I have said awesome about 10 times now, but I just couldn't believe the service was free and I am SOOOO happy that it is!
