One West Bank has a big problem it sold two people the same home an ocean view property in San Clemente as a completed short sale and then sold it at a foreclosure auction there are two owners.  Now two owners have title documents that show them as owners.  OOPS!  The couple that purchase the home through the regular process got notice of eviction from the ones that purchase the property at the auction.

San Clemente to vote in a special election on March 8th over the commercial development at North beach parking lot.  The opponents of the Playa del Norte project gained enough signatures to cause the City Council to either rescind it July approvals of the project or schedule a referendum.  They voted to hold and election, on a vote of 3-2 Tuesday.

There are fewer homes on the market than there were a year ago that is why the inventory is low in Orange County.  Local experts typically note this time to have the market take off.  The homeowners that took there homes off the market for the winter are considering re-listing them. 
The problem locally is that there are more buyer than sellers at this time.  This is especially true at the lower end of the market.  The demand for homes has been very high for several months now.  The real problem is too few homes are coming on the market.

Changes to Ola Vista will take several months.  Ola Vista is a street that carries bicyclists, beachgoers and the buses will be getting a make over. 
Since it is a designated bike route and a bus route the bicylists may want to find a new route.  Starting in February the project will stretch from Avenida Princesa to Avenida Palizada. 
They will be repaving the street, capping it with rubberized asphalt.  Reconfiguring the corner of Ola Vista and Avenida Santa Barbara to have forur stop signs.
