Who is most likely to sue in a California real estate transaction? I've seen statistics that point to the buyers. Most sellers are getting a big ol' pile of money at closing, so they usually don't have much to complain about. One of the reasons I love working with sellers is it's very easy to keep sellers happy. Keep them informed, be proactive, get them the highest price in the shortest period of time, and they're content.

agency disclosure: Is It Difficult for CAR to Change a ZIPForm Field Font? - 08/01/16 04:13 AM
It seems like it took CAR almost 6 years to include a field for a property's ZIP code in its ZIPforms. I recall making that suggestion to CAR and it took a really long time to get that field included. Or, maybe somebody else on their Board suggested it, somebody they paid attention to. I dunno. It was one of those annoying things that we as California Realtors have to put up with.

Regardless of how I feel about a situation and the people involved in it, because I am a Sacramento real estate agent and possess a fiduciary to my clients, no matter what, I will always strive to do what is best for my clients. I focus on one thing, which is making my clients happy.
I try not to judge what makes my clients happy. It's not my place to determine their happiness choices. My job is to find out what they want, what makes them feel good about themselves, and then deliver it to them. Even if I disagree.
