She was happy and said an odd thing, not something that I have not heard before because I certainly have; just did not think it applied particularly to this transaction. When a seller finds the traffic from home showings too inconvenient or an emergency pops up, whatever the reason, as a Sacramento Realtor, I will gladly take a home off market, just like this home in Carmichael. It doesn't mean the listing vanishes everywhere, although it does disappear from any websites that receive a direct feed from our mothership, our multiple listing service (except for Zillow from manual input). Zillow does not have a direct feed in Sacramento, and many buyers do not realize it.

Even though I do not live in Carmichael, I tend to list a lot of homes in Carmichael. Mostly pool homes, probably because there are so many homes in Carmichael with pools due to the large lot sizes, but this home does not have a pool, so you can relax. No pool!
