Every time I sell a home facing the freeway in Sacramento, I am amazed. It is difficult for me to wrap my head around the fact that buyers tend to prefer homes that are either newer or remodeled and don't seem to pay much mind to where they are located. Suppose it's because so many people go to work, come home, drive into the garage, lock the door.

Many sellers of fixer homes in Sacramento share one common trait. They cannot believe the feeding frenzy that happens over fixer homes. It's tough for them to imagine what others see in their home that they do not. They see stains on the carpeting and blood on the walls (Ok, only kidding about the blood), and they wonder who in the world would buy such a thing.
