I read that the cast of Happy Days is suing for non-payment of revenue. Well, the Fonz and Howard aren't suing but they probably don't need the money -- or maybe it would burn bridges for future negotiations -- hard to say why they aren't jumping into the suit. But you've got to wonder why they settled for royalties on the net rather than the gross. You can play all kinds of games with the net that are much harder to play with the gross.
