Last week I accidentally overheard a conversation between a potential buyer an a buyer's agent. The buyer was extremely rude, although I'm not sure she meant to be. Her conversation led her to this conclusion: "Let me remind you there are a lot of preforeclosure experts on Zillow; I can call any one of those experts."
