listing agent elk grove: Historic Farm and Acreage for Sale in Elk Grove - 04/21/19 10:52 AM
Are you searching for a historic farm and acreage in Elk Grove? Look no further, as this property is waterfront. If you can't build on the waterfront because, well, it's Elk Grove and not the coast, you can always bring the waterfront to you. Although there are a few luxury waterfront homes in Elk Grove, this has its own private lake that is not shared by anyone else.
Below is my partner JaCi's backstory on this new listing:
. . . There was a couple who were boyfriend and girlfriend for many years. She was a very bright woman who loved birds … (5 comments)

listing agent elk grove: This is Your New Elk Grove Home in Laguna Creek West - 09/06/17 10:04 AM
Buyers for a home in Elk Grove always seem to go crazy for single-story homes. It's that one level living that especially appeals to parents of small children, older people with aging knees and those in wheelchairs. Every home I have ever owned in my life, except for my present homes, were multiple stories, and even I appreciate single levels. For example, my husband can sit at one end of the house to watch television at night, and I never hear a sound in the master.
This new home in Elk Grove is located in Laguna Creek West. It features mostly wood-like … (6 comments)

listing agent elk grove: Here's a New Listing in Elk Grove Under $400K - 08/25/17 06:54 PM
This is a home I have listed more than once. At one point, it was a distressed sale, but later the sellers decided to simply hang in there. Then it went on the market for a personal change in circumstances that later did not happen, I don't recall exactly but it might have been relocation, so the home listing was canceled.
Over this time period, I've noted how the seller's daughter grew up and is now ready for college. Life goes on for everybody else in Sacramento real estate except for the listing agent, who is focused on her job of … (8 comments)

listing agent elk grove: Amazing Tale of Sale Search for Top Elk Grove Realtors - 01/25/17 07:36 AM
When Elk Grove home sellers get burned once, they are often very cautious before trusting other Elk Grove Realtors again. That's not to say their previous agent did anything horribly wrong because the thing about being an agent, we all learn soon enough in this business, is the agent is responsible for everything that happens, including inclement weather. It is all our fault. It is also all of our joy when things go right.
That's just how sellers think. So when I enounter a seller who had a bad experience with some other agent and now doesn't know whom to trust, I … (19 comments)

listing agent elk grove: What Will You Do With the Last Business Day in 2016? - 12/30/16 09:21 AM
Yes, this Sacramento Realtor is still engaged in her wor-cation in Hawaii, as you can tell by the above photograph. Every day I get out of our vacation house and go somewhere fun. Yesterday, I stopped at a few furniture stores because sometime this year I will be furnishing the house after the sellers / tenants move.
I could not peruse bedroom furniture because a woman from Elk Grove called in the midst of my hunt and I answered my phone from the second floor of Kohala Furniture. This is a seller whom I must have contacted many times as a referral … (13 comments)

listing agent elk grove: Paul McCartney at the Grammys and Selling Homes in Elk Grove - 02/09/15 12:54 AM
You might be asking yourself what does Paul McCartney at the Grammys and selling homes in Elk Grove have in common with each other, and I'll tell ya. As a top Elk Grove agent, I sell a ton of homes in Elk Grove, it's my second largest market next to Sacramento, although I live in Land Park. I know the Elk Grove market very well, and I move a lot of listings in Laguna and Elk Grove.
Sometimes I feel like the odd guy out when I'm talking to sellers who are also interviewing other agents because I share so much … (8 comments)

listing agent elk grove: How Many Offers Does it Take to Sell a Home in Elk Grove? - 02/11/13 01:31 AM
It was a dark and cold and blustery Sunday night, oh, wait, that was in Minnesota. Here in Sacramento it was just dark. And very busy. I had a private showing going on at one home in Elk Grove with about 15 groups of buyers and their agents touring the home during its two-hour showing time. No matter how many times I try to explain that a buyer's agent needs to accompany a buyer, there are always one or two who show up without an agent. But I try to accommodate them anyway and get that home sold.
At another, we … (2 comments)
