A buyer's agent called yesterday to ask whether I had any offers on a certain listing in Sacramento. I asked why she she was asking. Because, as I put it, I probably will have an offer on Sunday, given the big jump in activity I've witnessed at that particular home. Well, it turns out her buyer, whom she already told me a few days earlier was not really interested in this home has now decided there is an interest.
