In the snow and ice of February, the 12 South area of town had two closings.  The homes averaged 2,206 square feet.  The homes that sold in February ran the gamut of years built, with one a charming bungalow from 1930 and the other a modern brand new construction completed in 2014.  12 South continues to have fast closings, averaging 43 days but with one home closing in just 2 days!

 The trendy 12 South neighborhood market report reflected 11 houses sold in December 2014.  The eclectic neighborhood, which offers both new and old construction, saw homes build in the 1920s as well as new homes fly off the market, averaging 85 days.  One of the homes in 12 South that sold this month had inaccurate information provided for the square footage, bedrooms, etc, reporting only 1 square foot.  With an average sold price in December 2014 of $500,000, 12 South continues to be a trendsetting neighborhood.
