Sales in 12 South continue to be consistent and strong, with 12 in May as opposed to 11 in April. Averaging 65 days on market, 12 South saw a massive drop in more than half. April’s days on market were 132 days. Newer construction ruled in May in 12 South, accounting for 58% of the sales. Average sold price was $521,002.

This month saw an uptick in closings in the subdivisions Woodlands at Copperstone, Brenthaven, and Annandale in Brentwood. Continuing a quick turnaround time, April showed strong sales reflected in an average of 72 days on market. This was down slightly from 75 in March and 85 in February. Closings are expected to remain strong in the coming months in Brentwood.

Oak Hill had an awesome April for sales, up to 7 homes sold from 2 in March! Not only did the number of houses sold increase, but the days on market decreased from 55 to 50 in April. The average sold price in Oak Hill this month was $671,642. Only 1 home in Oak Hill sold under the $300,000 threshold in April. Averaging just under 3,000 square feet means you can definitely find plenty of house for your money in Oak Hill.
