Who says there is no inventory in Atlanta? Maybe they ought to take another look at the south metro, particularly South Fulton, Fayette, Clayton and Henry counties. Sure, inventory is tighter than usual for Atlanta area buyers, but supply loosens up a little in the southern crescent counties.
