In general, homes sales and prices have been slightly down, as in many subdivisions in the south metro Atlanta real estate market. Over the past six months, Georgia MLS data shows that this small and fairly stable family-oriented subdivision has experienced 5 home sales and there are now 3 homes for sale in the community, with another 3 homes currently under contract.
