If you have pets and are plannning to buy a condo, you must read the pet restrictioins carefully. Not what the listing says. Not what the agent says they are. Request and read the actual condo documents as they relate to pets. Please. You may just be surprised.

When I was first contacted by Joy, she told me she had read my blog and was looking for a condo in the Boca Raton/Delray Beach area. She was staying in Century Village and had a 75 lb Golden Retriever. My first question was; How did you get the dog in? Century Village is not a pet-friendly community. She said Shadow was home, being well taken care of, and not in Florida.
