It has been awhile since I have been on. Hope everyone is doing well.  I was just going to fill everyone in on how the months been treating me so far.  I picked up two listings this month and I am working on a third today (so wish me Luck).   That's about the extent of the good news.
 
I have one in escrow right now which I am representing the buyer, a local investor here in the area, paying cash, so you would have thought it was going to be smooth sailing right? Ha ha never going to be the case in real estate as most of you know.  Come to find out that there is a hole in the deed history around 1970, so we are having trouble getting a clear title.
 
The next thing is I had 4 people come in this week looking to buy there first home but after I got a prequalification  filled out none have a good enough credit score to get a loan.  The bad part is 6 months ago, three of the four would be home owners, but since all the recent events they do not qualify.
