Active Rain Pays Off!
 
I am so excited to tell others that I receive a buyer referral from another activerain member this past week.  I have encouraged everyone in my office to participate in active rain in the past and i'm sure after this success story they will pay attention.  They all make fun at me for staying on the computer reading activerain blogs so much ....but I bet they are here now...:)  THANKS FOR THE REFERRAL NETWORK POSSIBILITIES WITH ACTIVERAIN.  She was a buyer who knew exactly what she wanted....walked into the first house and said "This is it!  I'm Sold"  We cancelled all other appointments and wrote an offer on that property.....THX couldnt have done it without activerain.
