Hello there!
My name is Clyde and I am a Realtor® Bear,
I stand 16" +/- high. I may way 1 pound. I am dressed in a very nice pin striped suit complemented with black lace up shoes and a handsome briefcase. I come with a custom made for sale/sold sign where you can proudly display your Real Estate business card. I also come equipped with a clear plastic card holder surrounded by lovely placed landscaped stone. I stand assisted by a ¼" dowel hidden in the back of my pant leg. Beneath me is an absolutely beautiful grass green indoor outdoor carpeting that would set off any office décor. I will greet your customers and clients proudly!
I was created by Craig Guffin at Coldwell Banker Monsees Realty for the sole purpose of raising as much money as possible by being sold at auction for the Relay For Life Of Pettis County Cancer Foundation.
