Air Force Global Strike Command
Just announced this week, the Air Force has picked Barksdale AFB as the future home for the newly formed Global Strike Command.  Barksdale AFB is located in Bossier City in southern Louisiana.  Bossier City and Shreveport are two cities that make up one good sized metroplex.
