Worthington Real Estate Last Week
New Listings
Last week there were four new City of Worthington residential listings ranging from $252,900 to $579.900.  Where?  Worthington Estates East, Colonial Hills (that house should be a back on market not a new listing), a house off Worthington Galena Road and a new listing just north of Riverlea. In addition there is a Worthington home that went back on the market, the listing had expired. It was relisted by the same agent...a  condo off Proprieters Road.
Contingent and Under Contract
Two properties in contract contingent (contingent on finace and inspection) those homes are a Riverlea* home and  a house in Wilson Hill.  Looking for good signs? One of the two new residential listings had been on the market less than a week.
One Worthington home went under contract (no contingency on finance and inspection), it's a bank owned property in a prestigious Worthington neighborhood.
There were no homes in Worthington put under contract contingent on the sale of another property last week.
SoldThere were five single family homes sold (closed) in the past week,  The  highest price sold was $ $307,500. Neighborhoods where homes have sold were Colonial Hills, Kilbourne Village, Olentangy Hills, Wilson Hill and Bellbrook Place.   Days ... more
