Head's Up on Foreclosures
Foreclosures in my market area are selling in an average of just 58 days now, down from 71.  Multiple offers are appearing on the market again and buyers are bidding over the foreclosure prices.  Just want to give you a head's up because now is the time to buy.  Waiting may only make you pay more in the long run.  Don't get me wrong there are other foreclosures in the wings.  Plenty of them.  I looked over the Lis Pendens list just now.  However, they are selling at a quicker pace. 
I cover the following areas along the beautiful Gulf of Mexico in the Emerald Coast of the Panhandle of Florida.  Navarre, Ft. Walton Beach, Destin, Miramar Beach, Santa Rosa Beach, Watercolor, Seaside, Seagrove, Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Inlet Beach, Secreast Beach, and Panama City Beach.
