A Pain in the Butt is gone....for now
Most people reading this would think that this post would be about someone else, someone infringing in my life and in my "bidnez".  Nope this is a simple post.  This is a post that I've been praying for for over six weeks.
You see, about eight weeks ago, I had the most excrutiating pain that I've ever had.  The pain was in my back and in my butt.  I am a workout freak, but decided that since there was no clear precipitating event, that I'd lay off working out for a week.  One week later, I feel great.  I go back to easy workouts and for my third workout, I do the killer, crossfit workout.
Next day, I can't stand up without major pain.  I can stand up, but the movement from sitting to standing is brutal.  Long story short, I end up going to see my dad (anesthesiologist in pain management) and his partner.  I get 3 epidural steroids given to me over the course of three weeks.  NO matter what, when I go from sitting to standing, it feels like someone is jabbing a machete into my left butt cheek (you're welcome for the graphics).
