SPECIAL INITIATIVE FOR KENTUCKY FIRST TIME HOME BUYERS
Governor Besher announced this week that the Kentucky Housing Corp will offer up to $4500 to First Time Home Buyers to go toward down Payment and Closing cost. This program starts on May 1, 2009 and ends on November 30, 2009.
Sometime the biggest problem First Time Home Buyers have is coming up with Closing Cost and Down payment monies.
