Interest Rates, 30 day lock - as of 04/13, 10am:
30 yr fixed: 4.25% w/ 2.25 points,  4.3755% w/ 1.5 points, 4.735% w/ .5 points
15 yr fixed:  4.125% w/ 2.125 points, 4.25% w/ 1.25 points, 4.5% w/ .25 points
Hawaii VA Loan 30 yr fixed:  4.5% w/ .625 points,  4.75% w/ .25 points
