Am I Being Stalked?...No, I've Just Developed A Following!
A good following that is...I have discovered that my staged properties have developed a following, of Realtors! These smart Realtors (even though I have never met most of them) realize that my staged properties show well, and they have a increased chance of making a sale!
As I check on my staged properties I find the same Realtor cards left at these properties. So I know if one of my staged propeties meet the criterira for their client then I have a really good chance of the listing being shown by them.
I told this to a seller that called me today, and he said "I would have never thought of that as an added benefit when hiring a stager." We have an appointment tomorrow!
