Charlottesville Virginia Luxury Condominiums and Townhomes
There are several choices for buyers looking for a Charlottesville Virginia luxury condominium or townhome. Lately I have been contacted by several purchasers who are thinking about retiring to Chalottesville.  They are at the stage in their lives where they do not want to have to worry about keeping up a yard.  Also several of them have a second home, so they do not want to have to worry about the exterior maintenance of their Charlottesville home during the part of the year when they won't be in residence.  This makes a condo the perfect choice for them.
However even though these buyers are downsizing they still want the features of a luxury home.  Several years ago in Charlottesville, the only choice for the luxury home, buyer was a single family attached home with a yard to take care of.  Not so anymore.  In today's market this buyer actually has several choices of townhomes and condominiums available to them.
