Selling Your Home How Frustrating It Can Be
I put my condo up for sale in Feb. I did all the things I was supposed to do. It is fixed up. Everything is freshly painted, new carpet, all updated everything. Great Pictures, good price (ok, not the cheapest but not the most expensive either.), good marketing, fantastic brochures. Here I sit my home still for sale. I am getting a few showings, but many people are looking at many, many places. It is frustrating. I can commiserate with my fellow sellers as I am in the same situation they are in. What can I do? Patience is always important. Dropping the price can help, but in today's market that will not always get the job done. I will wait it out, just like some of my other sellers have done until I finally get an offer and then I'll be on to the next step, buying a new home. Isn't life fun!
