How To Have A Peaceful And Happy Closing
For the majority of my years in Real Estate I would have to say that most of the closings I've attended have been a very positive and an exciting experience. Buyers and Sellers meet, exchange greetings, keys and helpful information about the property being purchased. They shake hands and wish each other the best! Again, most closings are especially uneventful!
Unfortunately, like other Realtors, I've had a handful of closings that has been a nightmare. Perhaps the Sellers felt taken advantage of during the negotiations or they interpreted the contract one way while the buyers read it in another manner.
