What Dad really wants on Father's Day, June 21st
Take it from a grandpa like me.  No ties, shirts, or tools.
1- if dad is in his 20's, your hugs and kisses will do very nicely, thank you.
2- if dad is in his 30's, and you have an allowance, take him out, just the two of you, and buy him a soda.
3-  if dad is in his 40's, take him out for lunch, and ask him what advice on life to share with you.
4-  if dad is in his 50's, and you have a job, spend some time with him doing what he likes.  i.e. a round of golf, go to a ball game, movie.
5-  if dad is in his 60's, invite him over to your house for a nice dinner and to play with his grandchildren.
6-  if dad is in his 70's,  just thank God you still have him.
7-  if dad is in his 80's, take him to the doctor when he has an appointment.
8-  if dad is in his 90's, just go visit and when he tells you a joke, that he told a dozen times before, laugh like hell, and don't tell him, I heard that before.
