UPDATE On Advising My Client NOT To Spend Money On Staging!

I hadn't staged this home yet because the seller was getting estimates on painting. He was on a tight budget and we were working through the process of what needed to be done first.
 But tonight 11 days after cleaning...I receive a email...
HOUSE UNDER CONTRACT AFTER 12 MONTHS ON THE MARKET. THE BUYER (A Female) COMMENTED ON HOW CLEAN THE HOUSE WAS!!! 
And this seller thought my cleaning fee was to much and wanted me to discount it. VERY VERY small investment on this one!
