Big Garages in Gwinnett County, Georgia
Since I specialize in homes with big garages in Gwinnett County, Georgia, it seems only appropriate that every once in a while I take a look at some of the available homes and highlight some good deals.  And there are some exceptional deals...

The firs thing I noticed was that there were several very attractive homes (from the photos) that were priced under $200k.  I found four properties that looked quite nice, with 4 car garages, priced from just over $125k to just under $200k.  What is more surprising is that none of these are foreclosures and only one is a short sale.  So, the idea that in order to afford big garages in Gwinnett County, you have to spend a mint doesn't hold...
There were two homes that stuck out in the mid $200k to mid $300k price point.  While the pictures weren't as attractive as some of the other homes, the descriptions were quite alluring...  They could hold promise.
