Do you want to sell your home?  Would you like it to move when others in your neighborhood have not?
Here are some Selling Mistakes You Do Not Want To Make.
Don't price it right.Don't make your home available for showing.Don't have any curb appeal.Don't choose the wrong Realtor.Please look at the homes that have sold in your area in the last 3 months.  Yes, you might have put new carpeting in the house, and painted the rooms.  However, wasn't that to make it more appealing to the new buyer???  If the house down the road is less expensive, they could put carpeting in they want and still save money????
Make your home ready for showing whenever someone wishes to view it.  Make sure you leave the house.  No one wants to feel pressured.  Also they want the freedom to view the house and see themsleves living in your house.
Put in a few new bushes.  I also recommend painting the door with a fresh coat of paint.  Remember, this is the first thing they see when they enter your home.  Inside make sure it is neat.
