This is part one of a series of market reports of our area's spectacular waterfront homes for sale. You can take a look at all of the active listings for sale on Coeur d'Alene Lake in our MLS by clicking the link above.  
For those looking to realize their dream of lakefront living, right now there are more homes to choose from than anyone can ever remember.  As of today, 8/14/2009, there are  98 homes for sale, ranging in price from $193,500 to $7,500,000. 
$193,500 will get you a couple of float houses with 1000 sq. ft. on 14 acres in the Hidden Lake area of Harrison.  That property is only accessible by boat.
On the other end of the spectrum, $7,500,000 will get a well-heeled buyer a 6648 sq. ft. home on 15 acres in the Loffs Bay area on the west side of Coeur d'Alene Lake.  That property also has a 2000 sq. ft. guest house and an 1100 sq. ft. dock, with 510 feet of water frontage.
