Schaumburg Condo Market Update
Here is a quick overview of the condo market in Schaumburg, IL. There are currently 3 months more inventory on the market now then one month ago. This is do to a slow down in closings, not increased inventory. There is actually less condos on the market today than one month ago.  Compared to last month things still look very good for the condo market in Schaumburg.
