Bobcat on a Cool Pool Cage Roof?
Yes, this morning my wife and I saw a scruffy, blackish BOBCAT dart across our Pool Cage, in a well-developed and established neighborhood. Oh sure!  You would rather believe a Florida Panther, eh?
 
Bobcat in Pursuit Have you ever seen a frightened squirrel?  Yes you have, in front of your car just before you think you are going to run over it, right?  Put a Bobcat in pursuit and you have REAL fright!
 
How Strong is the Cage Fabric? Fortunately, I had re-screened the cage last year or we may have witnessed a very WET Bobcat and a CHEERING Squirrel!
 
Who Won the Chase Across the Cage? Yea, the little guy won and when the big predator went one way as we opened the door, the frightened prey went the other way and up, way up, the nearby Norfolk Island Pine!  Had Jack's Bean Stalk been around the little one would still be climbing, oh yes!
 
What Does This Have to Do With Real Estate? I'll leave that to those that comment.  Surely our creative bloggers will post a comment tying this tale to Short Sales, REO's, Newbies, Commissions, or what not!  I can hardly wait for ... more
