Encinitas Sushi Restaurants - Blue Fin Sushi Restaurant in Encinitas California
If you are seeking a great Encinitas sushi restaurant, Blue Fin Sushi in Encinitas California fits the bill in my book. 

Blue Fin Sushi Restaurant is on the east side of El Camino Real in the shopping corridor just north of Encinitas Boulevard. The signage is, well, blue, so you can't miss it, despite being in a strip mall along with other restaurants and a variety of stores. Blue Fin Sushi was recommended to me some time ago and having been there several times now it's easy to see why this place is so popular. While you can walk in during the week, I highly recommend reservations for the weekend as this place, which is modest in size, gets jammed, whether you sit at a table or at the sushi bar (which holds, perhaps, 12 people). 
 
The dinner menu is diverse, both with special sushi rolls (the Blue Fin Roll is outstanding) and regular offerings, but not one that taxes the brain with too many choices.
