THE NUTS
My very first listing and they came out of the woodwork for me.  I listed a house of a friend I had worked with years ago.  She had tried to sell this house for over a year by herself with no luck.  So I gladly took the listing and put up a sign.
First nut.  This lady calls me about the price and proceeds to tell me she isn't stupid and she doesn't need to hear what I just told her.  I politely say thank you and hang up.
Second Nut.  Someone who had wanted to buy the house when it was a FSBO called to tell me the pipes were bad and the slab was also bad.  I asked the owner about this person.  She said someone had an engineer come out and took a look at the slab and said it was cracked.  Also the pipes were supposedly scoped and they were bad.
Third nut.  My sign kept falling down, no matter how firm I put it in the ground.  I mean 15-20 feet away from where I placed it.  Finally found out the ex-husband was pulling the sign out of the ground.  They had been divorced for over 10 years.  I ... more
