Today is October 28th, 2009 and the meter is literally ticking for first time buyers to take advantage of the First time buyers home tax credit. Buying a home is like a calculated chess game, and the time to buy is now. If we really worked at it and we found you a home in the next week we could make the closing deadline of November 30th, 2009.
