Soooo Big You Can't Get Over It....Soooo Big You Can't Get Around It
 

     One of the things that we (half in jest....) remind first time buyers is that while a popular thing to do is, when you buy your first pieces of furniture....you buy the very largest you can afford....it's like a right of passage...you are leaving your parents home, the dorm, whatever...and now that you have joined the adult world of work,...you need to have this badge....albeit BIG BADGE of accomplishment in the form of a sectional couch, oversize chair and foot stool, table that will seat 14 comfortably...cuz now you CAN have the whole clan at the holidays...
     Now...you need to find a home that will accomodate this couch, without blocking windows, the table without going into another room and knocking out a wall....and how can we widen that stairway to get that chair to the second floor.  Oh NOT.....!
    Sometimes we catch the half million dollar plus measuring for the BIG SCREEN in  study....oh Pulllllllllllleezz.....what is more important....the half million dollar plus home or the depreciated couch, chair... big screen......Duh.......
