Carolina Low Country Potatoes
9 - 10 medium - large Irish/Russet potatoes 1 medium to large Yam Milk (enough to mash all potatoes) Sour Cream (about 1/2 pint for this amount of potatoes) Grated Cheddar Cheese (about 1 cup for this amount of potatoes) Chopped Green Onions Caraway Seeds (probably about 1 tsp, or so) Fennel Seeds (probably about 1 tsp, or so) Dash of Cinnamon (optional) Directions:

Serve Hot
