The Mililani and Ewa Beach areas of Oahu, Hawaii have their fair share of Short Sales and Lender Sales.

As of Nov 27, 2009, there are 92 townhomes/condominiums for sale in Ewa Beach and Kapolei, Hawaii.  This includes the Koolina Resort area as well.  Of those 92 active townhomes and condomiums for sale, approximately 55 of them are short sales or lender sales or almost 60%. 
EWA BEACH, KAPOLEI AND KOOLINA SINGLE FAMILY HOMES
Also in Ewa Beach, Hawaii and Kapolei, Hawaii, there are currently 141 single family homes for sale.  Of those 141 homes for sale, 61 of them are short sales or lender sales or just over 43%. 
MILILANI AND WAIPAHU TOWNHOMES AND CONDOMIUMS
Of the 131 townhomes and condominiums for sale in the Mililani and Waipahu neighborhoods of Oahu, Hawaii, 45 of those properties are short sales or lender sales or just over 34%.

In the Mililani and Waipahu neighborhoods, there are currently 120 single family, active listings for sale.  Of those 120, there are 24 that are short sales or lender sales or 20%.
