Tips for Moving With Kids
As the school year comes to an end, the start of summer brings "Moving Day" for lots of kids-and with it a multitude of concerns and unknowns. Every child two years of age or older, depending on the child's abilities and development, should take part in family discussions and help plan for the move. If your children don't accompany you on a preliminary visit, take pictures of your new home and community. Research your new community so you can talk about the neighborhood, the house, the schools, local areas of interest, and the benefits your family will enjoy in your new home.
