Being a Realtor also means being a business owner and today I can across a site that sells eco-friendly promotional items.  So,Tip #19:  Businesses can use "green" give-aways The holidays are a great time to build your brand, and many companies do so with gift baskets.  So why not include some useful items that are also green, like the USB flash drive made of bamboo?  Or something they will use every day and remind them of you, for example a recycled and re-usable water bottle. Additionally, the company selling these items (Motivators) will plant a tree if the items you purchase include imprints of your logo.
