One of the factors that determine how quickly your Addison home is likely to sell is absorption rate.  Price, of course, is also a major factor. 
Based on the analysis of the number of homes currently on the market in Addison and the number of homes sold in the past 180, 90, and 30 days in Addison, the statistics show that approximately 7 homes will sell within the month.
There have already been 3 sales reported so far in Addison in December with another 13 pending transactions.  Not all 13 will close this month, but if even half do, the absorption rate will show an increase.

What does all this mean?  There are not many homes for sale in Addison.  With less competition this time of year, the holidays are a great time to put your home on the market.  If you are thinking about selling Addison real estate, call me for a market analysis of your Addison home.
