44% increase over November of 2008
With all the negative reports about real estate it always is good to get a breath of fresh air isn't it?  I read a report yesterday that said home sales were up 44% Nov 2009 vs. Nov 2008.
We need to roll that momentum into 2010.   There is a lot of talk out there that the 1st qtr is going to be great and then slow down fast come April.  What are you hearing?
