2010 Resolutions-why do we do this?
I better start this post with IMHO: A Resolution shouldn't be made just because everyone else is making them! Last year my resolutions actually happened! I made them for personal reasons, gave myself a plan and made them happen. I even held myself accountable and kept track in a diary. Not a book anyone else would want to read but, it worked for me.
I lost 20 pounds with more focus than determination Spent more time with the family Sorted and cleared "stuff" in the house Decided that I wanted one particular job and gave it a lot of attention-I may know more next week, then there will be a blog post before the beginning of February about how to get your dream job-maybe! I even cleared out my closet! (Paring down is good for the mind too!)  This year I am having trouble coming up with many resolutions that I want to make happen! So today I googled for a list of ideas. So funny (odd funny-not haha) that most all of them started with the weight issues. (I lost 20 pounds last year!)
